My name is Jeremy Gehl, and I have the privilege of serving as Head Gardener and Director of
Grounds at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa. The property is a beautiful 75-acre Estate,
but the heart of my work is the Culinary Vegetable Garden. This space is a true passion
project—it provides a continuous supply of fresh ingredients for executive Chef Jason
Bangerter’s award winning kitchen, driving our estate-to-table dining philosophy. My role is to
ensure the entire acreage thrives, maintaining everything from the historic grounds to our
elegant floral displays. I love what I do — it’s about preserving beauty and harmony in a space
that enriches both guests and staff alike.
I’m truly excited to share stories about how purposeful gardening brings both natural beauty
and culinary excellence to life on a large scale. I look forward to connecting with you and
sharing insights from my time at Langdon Hall.
