Join Nicholas as he explains his mushroom business, The Mushroom Tree, located in Elmira. “We are a gourmet and medical mushroom farm based just outside of Elmira, Ontario. We grow and sell a variety of mushrooms that we sell at the St. Jacobs Farmers Market, online, and to restaurants”.
Time: Refreshments begin at 6:15 PM, a brief welcome and Presentation begins at 6:45 PM
Parking: Please park in the Cambridge City Hall parking lot off Cambridge Street. Lot is well lit. A short walk to the church. Enter door facing Cambridge Street. From the entry, there is a hallway leading to a few steps to Ainslie Hall. Elevator is also available.

Monika from Colour Paradise will speak on “New Plants for 2025”, with samples. David Gasciogne, always a delight, will talk about “Our Urban Birds”.
